Powerhouses up to 23.3 m³/min (825 cfm)

Future-ready powerhouses that thrive in extreme conditions

Our towable portable compressors in the 10–20 cubic metre class can easily handle ambient temperatures of up to +50 °C and can be also be equipped for conditions below −10 °C. With their advanced systems and engine management controls, they are also exceptionally efficient – which benefits both the environment and your wallet.

  • Maximum pressures up to 14 bar
  • Optional compressed air treatment
  • Optional GPS fleet management

Your advantages

  • Unrivalled availability and efficiency:
The SIGMA CONTROL MOBIL or SIGMA CONTROL SMART controller ensures optimised compressed air availability and fuel efficiency using state-of-the-art electronic engine management.
  • Environmentally-friendly today and for the future:
"Low Emission Zone MOBILAIR": For compressed air users that means minimal pollutant emissions in accordance with the stringent European Stage IV emissions standard (M125 and M171 models).
  • Intuitive three-button operation:
Kaeser places great emphasis on providing user-friendly controls. Users therefore avoid costly downtime and steep learning curves.
Profitable thanks to low life-cycle costs

Our compressor powerhouses in detail

SIGMA CONTROL MOBIL

The compressor controller of the future

SIGMA CONTROL MOBILE

By accessing electronic motor management, the SIGMA CONTROL MOBIL system optimisescompressed air availability and fuel efficiency. The system is both shock and vibration proof corresponding to IP 65 electrical protection.
Its functions include operational monitoring as well as precise system diagnostics.

User-friendly operation saves time

The highly intuitive user operation means that only three buttons are needed to operate the entire system.
In addition, the automatic monitoring feature can shut the compressor down as required.

Precise pressure settings save fuel

Using the arrow keys, system pressure can be precisely adjusted in 0.1 bar increments on the SIGMA CONTROL MOBIL's display.
This not only enhances flexibility but, in combination with the electronic inlet valve control, also achieves significant energy savings - especially when operating in partial load.

NEW M125 – Impressive power and efficiency
M125 series: compact, flexible and powerful.

The M125 opens up a whole new world of variable pressure control!

Thanks to infinite pressure control, any given machine can be operated between 6 and 14 bar at any time.
The M125 is ideal for breaker applications at 7 bar and a flow rate of 11.5 m³/min, for blasting work at 10 bar, for cable-blowing applications at 12 bar and a flow rate of 10.7 m³/min, whilst at a pressure of 14 bar with a flow rate of 9.7 m³/min it becomes the perfect machine for drilling.

With the low-emission Deutz engine, certified under Stage IV of the European emission standard (Tier 4), M125 compressors are a great choice for use in clean air zones. Equipped as standard with a built-in diesel fine particulate filter, they also meet the stringent standards of the Swiss Clean Air Act.

The integrated SIGMA CONTROL MOBIL controller enables simple and intuitive machine operation. Moreover, this versatile controller also provides information relating to operating data and indicates when maintenance is due.

MOBILAIR fleet management

Real-time data via GPS

MOBILAIR fleet management

An optionally available GPS/GSM modem (standard with M500-2) discretely integrated into the unit provides the user with online information regarding technical status of the machine. Should the user need to be alerted to an issue, the system actively reports it with a diagnostics check.
In addition to current operating hours and position-fixing, the system also helps by providing valuable data for compressor load evaluation and maintenance planning.
