GBS rotary screw blowers: Peak performance at high flow rates

GBS rotary screw blowers set a new benchmark in compressor technology for the 75 to 160 kW power range, with a flow rate from 22 to 104 m³/min and differential pressures up to 1100 mbar. These machines not only feature exceptional control characteristics, quiet operation, an optimised footprint and low maintenance requirements – they also deliver consistently high efficiency across the entire control range.

Kaeser blowers are the perfect example of the efficiency and future-oriented approach for which this Coburg-based compressed air specialist is renowned. At IFAT 2022 in Munich, the company will be showcasing solutions for every possible low-pressure application; not just high-efficiency rotary screw blowers – now fitted with synchronous reluctance motors – but also, for the first time, turbo blowers. Last but by no means least, the Sigma Air Manager 4.0 master controller, which binds multiple blower units together into a single, unified team that is simple and intuitive to operate, completes the picture.

Space on board maritime vessels is always at a premium, which makes Kaeser’s new FSD series rotary screw compressors the ideal solution for marine applications. Measuring only a metre in width and with a total footprint of just 4.1 m², they are significantly more compact than equivalent conventional compressors. Of course, like all Kaeser compressors, they also guarantee outstanding dependability, performance and energy efficiency.
